This laboratory gives exposure to the Intel family of Microprocessors namely 8085A and 8086. The course includes verification of various instructions of these microprocessors, writing programs in assembly language for addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and data block transfer, sorting, code conversion etc. It also includes experiments with peripheral interface devices like 8253, 8255, 8279 and ADC and DAC chips.
