Experiments are related to the UHF and VHF band. Students will carryout experiments related to Microwave Engineering and Fiber Optics Networks various types of Antenna Systems and waveguides.

The laboratory is meant for experiments at the instructional level. The laboratory is equipped with Gunn diode oscillator, UHF slotted lines, spectrum analyzer, VSWR meter, necessary components and accessories.

The experiments conducted include S-parameter measurements, radiation and terminal properties of antennas like horn, array, reflector, measurements on dielectric materials and characteristics of active and passive components.
